Since I am a data guy but also a winner of DV2025, I will start posting weekly updates on how things move for DV2025.
I really like adding the data on Github GIST as I can update every day and still have a history of how things progressed daily.
Without further ado, here are the updates for DV2025 from CEAC for week #2 for the fiscal year 2025 (Jan 7 – Jan 12, 2025)

Hi,
I have a case number of 9k from Ghana and we haven’t heard anything yet from the embassy concerning scheduling of appointments, do will it be wise of me to try and arrange for a transfer to another embassy please
Hi there! Yes, I would move very fast from Accra, they are the worst performing embassy so far in this fiscal year.
However, note that you are Current. KCC might deny your request to change the embassy so you have to manually contact another embassy, ask if they will accept your case and then the new embassy will request a transfer.
