Almost nobody from my close circle knows about the konami code.
Usually the rickroll music plays when you enter the konami code, but I like to avoid cliches.
I invited John Cena to sing for us!!!!!!!!!
I might be old fashioned, but I think bringing your Bible to the church is important. The Bible is our guidebook, our standard.
If you can carry your phone and wallet to the church or everytime you leave the house, you can bring your Bible as well.
The digital version helps but it is not the same thing, not the same feeling.
Later edit: And yes, my oldest son Joshua reads Romanian and English and he takes his Bible to the Church as well.
For the first time since… forever, today is the first time when I left home for a few days and forgot to pack my laptop’s charger.
Luckily, this thing charges with any USB-C cable and I have a power brick that is able to charge it, slower than its original charger, but at least I can work.
Is it just me, or anybody likes the coffee to be lukewarm or even cold? I hate hot coffee, I cannot properly feel the flavour.
So I make my cup of coffee and let it sit for 30 minutes or longer. Change my mind.
A little update to this post
I got the T-shirt on the 19th of July, a few days before my birthday.
The Romanian post used to be slow, but it arrived in a decent amount of time.
Do you know what’s tricky when you have a blog? Keeping it updated.
It is easier to post on Twitter… but no more!
I want to control my content, so I will be more active on the blog again.
Even if no one reads my posts, this is my personal public journal.
Hello, welcome to daddy's blog! You should know that you won't find any cartoons around. You've been warned!

When I got these two bills out from the ATM in Washington earlier this year, the DXY index which shows the strength of the dollar was at 113.95, today the same strength is lower at 104.32.
They say crypto is “too” volatile.
Hello everyone!
I wanted to share a quick update about my blog. I recently decided to upgrade the underlying technology stack, which included upgrading the PHP version from 7.4 to 8.2 and upgrading the Laravel framework from version 7 to version 9.
While this process went smoothly overall, I did run into a few issues with certain packages and plugins that were incompatible with the newer versions. It took some time to troubleshoot and resolve these issues, but I am happy to report that everything is now running smoothly on PHP 8.2.
Overall, I’m really excited about the performance improvements and new features that come with these upgrades. I’m looking forward to exploring all that the new versions have to offer and continuing to provide a great experience for my readers.
Thanks for following along, and stay tuned for more updates from me in the future!
I think I am going to be able to write a new version/follow-up to this article soon.
I am leaning towards a new refusal this year, but we’ll see. This is one of the most challenging/exciting waiting games ever.
Am I the only one that when sees an available update to anything I HAVE TO do it before anything?
For example I enter to wrtite a post here on the blog and I see this:
Cannot write anything before I update.
Or I open VsCode and it has an available update (I use the Insiders edition with multiple updates per day). I HAVE to update it. Same with PhpStorm plugins.
So… am I the only one?
I ordered a WordPress t-shirt on March 7th. Arrived in Romania on April 1st, even though I paid for express delivery. Post is slow worldwide, but especially in Romania. It stayed in customs from the 1st of April until today, the 6th of April. Now it is on its route to my town, curious to see how much longer do I need to wait and how much do I have to pay for VAT and slow customs.
I’ve found the best Apple Watch band so far. It is not cheap but not too expensive also. It is a braided loop model, very comfortable.
I bought it from here.
